Detailed introduction
The wireless remote-controlled enhanced special excavator is suitable for the emergency rescue of natural disasters with high intensity and long working time. The working time is >22h, which is at least 14h longer than that of ordinary excavators. The equipment itself is equipped with quick-change connector, over-the-horizon wireless remote control system and reinforced arm, so it has strong adaptability to plateau and low-temperature environment. On the basis of retaining the advantages of traditional excavators, a remote-control operating mode is newly added, which effectively guarantees the life safety of rescue workers and plays a role in clearing obstacles in emergency rescue roads, dredging rivers, blocking barrier lake burst and supporting post-disaster reconstruction.

(1) Equipped with 700L large fuel tank and reinforced arm & bucket boom
While retaining the advantages of convenient transportation and efficient operation of 35t track, the R&D personnel have optimized and upgraded the fuel tank, arm, bucket boom and core components for high intensity and long-time operations, so as to meet the requirements of emergency rescue in case of sudden natural disasters.
(2) Additionally equipped with wireless remote control devices, with a remote control distance of ≥2km
In the face of high-risk working conditions, the operators can always stay in a safe area to drive the equipment for emergency rescue and disaster relief, thus effectively avoiding injuries and deaths of rescue workers caused by secondary disasters.
(3) One machine used for multiple purposes, with optional quick-change connectors
In order to satisfy different demands of the rescue site, the product can be equipped with hydraulic shears and hydraulic rammers. If the customer still has other demands, quick-change connectors can be installed, so as to change the shovel bucket, breaking hammer and other tool heads on the site according to actual rescue needs.
(4) Strong adaptability to plateau and low-temperature environment
According to laboratory test results and feedback on actual use, the equipment has strong adaptability to plateau and low temperature, and has played a significant role in rescue and disaster relief work for Nepal rescue and Shenzhen landslide.
