It is the first modern high-end agricultural machinery for rice bowl transplanting developed by "highly integrating agricultural machinery with agronomy" in China, which integrates advanced such core technologies as "bowl seedling raising, whole transplanting, and five-step transplanting method". The original "five-step transplanting method" and the five steps of rice mechanized transplanting "pushing-receiving-dropping-sending-planting" are coordinated to perform precise operations of mechanized transplanting, so that the rices are "shallow, uniform, straight and stable". The super-sparse planting, big seedling transplanting and rice bowl seedling mechanical transplanting technology can realize high-quality and high-yield cultivation of rice, so it is the core technology for delicious and safe rice.
The core technology of rice bowl seedling transplanter is integrated with modern agronomic planting technology of rice, such as "close planting to increase yield" and "marginal advantage to increase yield". The rice bowl seedling wide-and narrow-row mechanized cultivation technique of "23cm narrow-row and 33cm wide-row interval cultivation (average row spacing: 28cm)" is adopted, which has the advantages of high utilization rate of light energy, more branches, more grains per spike, and heavy rice weight per spike. In this way, the mechanized planting of "full spike, large spike and large grain" rice is realized, with increased high yield. Mechanized close planting and transplanting of rice bowl seedlings is realized, and the number of holes per mu for bowl seedling transplanting by machine is basically ≥ 19,000 holes, with sufficient seedlings and more spikes, which lays a foundation for increasing the yield of medium and small-spike rice close planting. The equipment can mechanically and precisely transplant six rows of rice bowl seedlings at one time when the depth of mud feet is more than 30 cm, which breaks through the technical bottleneck of small mud feet depth in transplanting operations of riding-type rice transplanter. It is characterized by good ventilation and light transmission, low influence from harmful organisms, strong stress resistance, disease index reduced by about 67.0%, reduced usage amount of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, as well as green rice production.
